Hornbacher’s Express on University Drive will close this week

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Hornbacher’s Express location will close its doors on Thursday at 5 p.m.

The store is at 1433 South University Drive in Fargo.

St. Cloud-based Coborn’s announced the closure in May.

Coborn’s said the lease for the store was expiring and made the difficult decision to close.

The news was disheartening to many customers and a change.org petition was started to save that location.

There are seven other Hornbacher’s locations in the Fargo-Moorhead community.
