Putting A Smile On At The Library

Kids are clowning around a Fargo library in celebration of National Humor Month.

At the main library, kids of all ages got to learn how to dress and act like a clown for the “Make ‘Em Laugh” event.

Kim Gordan, a real clown, taught kids how to put on their clown face using make-up and of course topping it with a red foam nose.

The themed event also embraced circus acts like cycling, juggling and walking a taped tight-rope.

“In light of how the world is today it’s always fun for not just kids but adults to have an escape and enjoy themselves. Maybe even be a little kid again,” says Fargo librarian Cynthia Mason.

For the grand finale, the kids marched around the library for a circus parade.
