Friends Raise Money For Fargo Man Battling Stage Three Colon Cancer

Fargo local, Craig Aldrich, is battling stage three colon cancer, and the community is rallying behind him.

Aldrich is a regular at The Bowler in Fargo.

After his diagnosis in June, his friends decided to help.

They set up a silent auction and raffle to help raise money for Aldrich and his family.

Big items included gift cards, Bison gear, and a football signed by all the members of the team.

“He’s such a wonderful dad, great grandpa, huge Bison fan, big into Bison tailgating things like that, really big part of the community, does so much for so many people around Fargo and so this is just really important to be able to get something done for him,” said event organizer Katy Spiekermeier.
