RDO Equipment Hosts Caters Taters for the YWCA

RDO Equipment is once again using potatoes to help women and children in the F–M area.

The company held its 17th annual Caters Taters potato luncheon at the Baymont Inn.

Each year they pick a new charity to support and this year all proceeds will be going to the YWCA.

Potato lovers paid $8 for a “pound–tato” with a variety of toppings, a cookie and a drink.

More than 2,500 people were expected to attend so the funds raised can really add up.

“Well we feel incredibly fortunate that RDO selected the YWCA as this year’s Caters Taters charity,” said YWCA Executive Director, Erin Prochnow. “The work is being performed by RDO’s team of 200 volunteers and we couldn’t feel more supported and uplifted.”

Over the past 17 years, Caters Taters has raised over $450,000 for a number of local charities.
