Paws For Celebration Highlights Pet Resources in F-M Area

Pet lovers united this afternoon at the Moorhead Center Mall.

They were there for the Paws for Celebration event.

Local animal services and businesses set up informational booths to help educate the public about what the community has to offer for all things furry.

Of course pets were also welcome to join the fun, many of which are up for adoption.

“What I think is great is there are a lot of rescues here today from Cat’s Cradle to dog rescues. You know these animals have come from maybe not good places or the pound and they’re looking for homes so it’s a great idea to meet a potential future pet,” says Barb Gagnon with Pet Partners of the Red River Valley.

They also had booths for the Center for Avian Adoption, Rescue, and Education, Pet Partners of the Red River Valley, and Cat’s Cradle.
