Police Notify Public of High Risk Sex Offender

A high risk sex offender has moved into north Fargo.

Police say 22-year-old Timothy Bullinger is living at 734 College Street North.

Bullinger was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in 2014 in Stark County.

His victim was a 14-year-old female acquaintance who became pregnant.

Bullinger was also convicted of Child Neglect/Abuse in 2015 also in Stark County.
