Climb Theatre: Educating Kids Through the Arts

A touring theatre company is using acting to start some important conversations.

The touring educational theatre company “Climb” stopped by Lincoln Elementary in Fargo.

The group travels the Upper Midwest hoping to spread some important messages to young kids.

The group uses theatre to model behavior, touching on topics including bullying prevention, self-control and respect.

“The fact that we’re a not for profit organization that’s been open for as long as it’s been I think that sort of shows that were doing makes an impact,” says Actor Educator, Sarah Best.

The traveling company has been around for 41 years.

They visit close to four venues and perform 17 times a day.

Climb is based out of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
