Two More Candidates Announce Run for Fargo City Commission
A former state senator throws his name in the hat for Fargo City Commission.
Tony Grindberg is seeking one of two open seats.
He says his platform will focus on the city’s pro-growth strategies, infrastructure and public safety.
He is the eighth candidate to enter the race.
“It’s because I believe in Fargo. And as I share in my press conference today, it’s in my DNA to want to be part of a community and growth. I think with my experience and relationships in Bismarck, solving difficult problems and my involvement with the community for 20 plus years, positions me well for one of the two openings that the citizens will chose,” says Fargo City Commission candidate Tony Grindberg.
Bridget Ertelt, a legal secretary with the Federal Public Defenders office also announced her candidacy this morning.
The filing deadline is April 11th.
The election is June 14th.
