UPDATE: Moorhead Police Investigating Shooting Behind Strip Mall

MOORHEAD, Minn. — Moorhead Police are investigating a shooting at 935 37th Avenue South behind the strip mall near the Hornbacher’s Azool.

The call for help came in just before 6 p.m.

Police say three vehicles were involved and one vehicle had significant damage and bullet holes.

They say no one is hurt.

Police say they have a suspect, who allegedly went to the location “with a purpose”, but would not confirm if the suspect was officially in custody.

While at the location, KVRR reporter Nick Broadway says at a nearby apartment complex, there was an ambulance and someone was taken away in a police unit, but they were not handcuffed.

Police would not confirm if the apartment complex was connected to the shooting but there is police tape roping off part of the complex.
