Sioux Falls Man Accused of Cutting Off Woman’s Nipples Changes Plea
Authorities said Ledbetter was arguing with his now ex-girlfriend when he punched her, sat on her and pressed his forearm into her throat.

SIOUX FALLS, SD — The Sioux Falls man accused of cutting off a woman’s nipples with a pair of scissors has changed his plea.
Tony Ledbetter, 45, is pleading guilty to three counts of aggravated assault.
Authorities said Ledbetter was arguing with his now ex-girlfriend when he punched her, sat on her and pressed his forearm into her throat.
He then grabbed a scissors and cut off her nipples.
He is facing more than 15 years in prison.
Sentencing is scheduled for November 28.
