Man Jailed After Domestic Incident With A Gun

Moorhead Police arrest a man on multiple charges after a domestic incident involving a gun

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) – Moorhead Police arrest a man on multiple charges after a domestic incident involving a gun.

Police responded to the 800 block of 7th Avenue South just before 7:30 Wednesday night.

Police say 28-year-old Lavester Adams fled the scene before they got there. They determined it was a domestic incident and a gun was displayed.

Officers found Adams later in the 100 block of 16th Street South. They arrested him without incident on suspicion of Second Degree Assault, First Degree Burglary, Domestic Assault and Interfering with a 911 Call. He was taken to the Clay County Jail.
