Man arrested after pursuit in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — A man is arrested in Grand Forks after fleeing from a traffic stop.

Police pulled over 29-year-old Juan Gutierrez on Columbia Road near the UND campus around 9 this morning.

Gutierrez fled onto campus and crashed into a snow pile.

He then took off running and was caught in the 2600 block of 5th Avenue North.

He was arrested on multiple charges and had outstanding federal warrants.
