Golden Drive Homeless Kids Making the Season Brighter at Churches United
Golden Drive Homeless Kids is making the rounds to local shelters.
The organization stopped at Churches United in Moorhead to deliver toys, hygiene products, and blankets.
The donation comes from the community dropping off items at designated boxes in town.
North High students contributed the handmade blankets and cookies.
“I can’t say enough about this community and how there’s so much compassion out there to help. And we really need people to know that, ‘Yes, we do have homeless children, right here.’ And you can help in many ways.” says Golden Drive Homeless Kids founder, Sue Baron.
The drive will continue to collect donations until Friday.
Drop off boxes for toys and baby supplies can be found at Culvers, Starbucks and here at KVRR.
