UPDATE: Bismarck police make arrest in homicide investigation

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO 8:30 PM UPDATE) – One man is in jail after a homicide in Bismarck.

Timothy TwoHorses, 32, of Bismarck, was arrested just before noon Wednesday.

Bismarck Police say they found 57-year-old Ernest Ells dead in his Bismarck home with a stab wound in his chest Tuesday morning.

TwoHorses was arrested in a motel in north Bismarck for AA Felony Homicide.

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) – Police are investigating a homicide in downtown Bismarck after a report that someone was found dead there Tuesday.

According to a spokesperson for the department, officers responded to the 400 block of E. Main Avenue around 11:30 a.m.

Police are withholding the person’s identity until the family is notified. They say it was a targeted attack and don’t believe there is a danger to the public.

Investigators are continuing to follow up on leads and reviewing surveillance.
