FARGO/MOORHEAD (KVRR) – A Moorhead teen has a new business and a new non-profit to help continue more than a decade of giving back through treats.

Addie Loerzel debuted her brand new ice cream cart live Tuesday on the KVRR Local News morning show.
Addie is known for her Royal Cupcake Stand every year. They’ve been doing that for 11 years.
Now, she’s selling ice cream through her new business, Addie’s Sunshine and Treats.
100% of the proceeds from her new cart go to the non-profit Spread your Sunshine. Addie is the president and CEO of the charity.
Her goal is to help provide fun activities for low-income children and kids at homeless shelters.

She says, “I just wanted to really help kids because those kids don’t have a lot and I wanted them to have those memories with their parents and siblings.”

Addie is celebrating the grand opening of her ice cream cart this Thursday at First International Bank and Trust in Moorhead from 3:00-5:00 pm. Click here for more information.
