Two People Face Charges After Pursuit in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Two people are in jail and facing multiple charges after a pursuit in West Fargo.

Police arrested 34-year-old Toby Richardson of West Fargo and 37-year-old Stephanie Peterson, who has no permanent address.

An officer tried to stop Richardson on Main Avenue just after midnight for a traffic violation.

He fled but the officer was able to end the pursuit by using a pit maneuver.

Richardson was arrested for possession of meth and paraphernalia, fleeing and driving under suspension.

Peterson was arrested for multiple drug violations.
