Red River Valley Swat Plans Training Sessions Thursday in Moorhead and West Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Red River Valley SWAT wants you to know that they have two more training sessions planned this week in the metro.

They will be in Moorhead on Concordia’s campus tomorrow between 3 and 8 p.m.

They will also be training near the 500 block of 1st Avenue Northwest in West Fargo tomorrow from 5 to 9 p.m.

SWAT team members will have firearms visible, but no live rounds will be used.

Yelling and loud noises may be heard.

You’ll also see several SWAT and police vehicles with emergency lights activated.

The training events are closed to the public and media.
