Fargo man suffers serious injuries in West Fargo motorcycle crash

WEST FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a West Fargo crash.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the cycle was southbound in the 3400 block of Sheyenne Street around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday when the driver went over the median curb and into the grassy median. The motorcycle then sideswiped a light pole and overturned.

The driver, a 33-year-old Fargo man, was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered serious life-threatening injuries. He was taken by ambulance to Sanford Hospital. He was not wearing a helmet.

The Highway Patrol says the crash remains under investigation.
