Moorhead Police investigating stabbing, victim has life-threatening injury

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR-KFGO) – Moorhead police are searching for a woman accused of stabbing a man in the neck Thursday night.

The stabbing happened in the 1800 block of 20th Street S. around 10:45 p.m. The man says the attack was unprovoked.

Police say the man went to a neighbor for help and the woman left before officers arrived.

The 43-year-old man was taken to Sanford Hospital with the life-threatening injury.

The victim and suspect know each other and police believe it is an isolated incident. They aren’t releasing any additional details at this time.
