DUI Arrest in Horace leads to multiple charges

HORACE, N.D. (KVRR) — A Moorhead man faces nearly a dozen charges after a weekend traffic stop.

Cass County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over 34-year-old Dalton Beyer in Horace Saturday night before 8 p.m.

He was arrested for DUI.

Authorities say Beyer kicked the window of the squad car, causing over $5,000 in damage.

He was then taken into a Cass County transport van.

He kicked out that window and caused $2,500 in damage.

During the incidents, Beyer assaulted Cass County deputies, which resulted in additional felony charges. No one was seriously hurt.
