West Fargo Man Faces Charges After Rear-Ending Semi in Wells County

WELLS CO., N.D. (KVRR) — A West Fargo man has serious injuries and is facing a DUI charge after rear-ending a semi in Wells County.

It happened around 7:30 last night, just west of Sykeston, North Dakota.

The semi was turning into a farmyard but 36-year-old Justin Bell failed to notice it had slowed and crashed into the trailer at full highway speed.

Bell was first taken to the hospital in Carrington and then life flighted to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo.

He faces charges of driving under the influence and driving under suspension.

The driver of the semi was not hurt.
