Governor-elect Kelly Armstrong’s Inaugural Ball Is Set for January

BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR) — The Inaugural Ball for Governor-elect Kelly Armstrong is set and the event aims to benefit people across the state.
The ball will be held on Saturday, January 18 at 7 p.m. at Bismarck Event Center.
A portion of all donations will directly benefit North Dakota FFA Foundation and Great Plains Food Bank.
A donation station will be available at check-in so attendees can bring non-perishable food items.
The event will also have a baseball theme to honor Armstrong’s time as an American Legion baseball coach.
It’s black tie optional with people encouraged to add a touch of ballpark flair.
The event is free but you must RSVP at armstronginauguralball.com.
Armstrong will be sworn in as the state’s 34th governor on December 15 succeeding two-term Gov. Doug Burgum who is nominated as U.S. Interior Secretary.
