Fargo Police Arrest Six In Smash & Grab Investigation

Police say residents should continue to be diligent in removing valuables such as purses and wallets from their vehicles, including locking your doors.

FARGO, ND — Fargo Police arrested six people they say were involved in recent smash and grabs.

The thefts were out of vehicles between January 18, 2018 to January 22, 2018.

Cars were broken into  at local childcare and fitness facility parking lots.

Police say residents should continue to be diligent in removing valuables such as purses and wallets from their vehicles, including locking your doors.

While the investigation continues, the following individuals were arrested for the following charges:

 

Roger Lamar Cooper Jr, 20 years old, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
• 5 counts of Conspiracy to commit theft of property

Elmer Denard Ellison, 30 years old, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
• 5 counts of Conspiracy to commit theft of property

Marie Ashely Swier, 23 years old, Canton, SD
• 5 counts of Conspiracy to commit theft of property
• 2 counts of Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Joy Barron Totterdale, 56 years old, Fort Pierce, FL
• 5 counts of Conspiracy to commit theft of property

Roger Lamar Walker, 38 years old, Port Saint Lucie, FL
• 5 counts of Conspiracy to commit theft of property

Christina Noel Whitaker, 28 years old, Lantana, FL
• 5 counts of Conspiracy to commit theft of property
• 2 counts of Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia
