Fargo Parks Sports Center’s Open House Planned for Thursday
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fargo Parks Sports Center is ready for the public.
We showed you last week that Phase 2 of the plan is complete with the addition of pickleball courts, turf fields, 4 basketball courts, and two new sheets of ice.
The new courts and ice are now open to the public and are showing it off with an open house Thursday for anyone to attend.
The sports center is a unique place due to all of the variety available in one location.
“What makes us unique is the variety of spaces we have for activities to take place. There are some facilities of this same size in terms of square feet, but most of those in the tri-state area like that are dedicated to one maybe two sports,” says Kali Mork, Sports Center Director.
The open house at the sports center is tomorrow afternoon from 4:30 to 7.
