Warrant Issued For Battle Lake, MN Man After Illegal Firearms Found In Burned Out House

OTTER TAIL CO., Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — A warrant is issued for 53-year-old Troy Moberg after illegally possessed firearms were found in his Battle Lake, Minnesota house following a fire last November.
Otter Tail County Deputies and State Fire Marshal’s Office discovered 5 guns damaged by the fire in the bedroom, as well as a bag of meth.
Moberg was prohibited from possessing firearms.
The warrant was issued Monday after he missed his first court appearance on the charges.
They include Illegally Possessing a Firearm as a Convict, Illegally Possessing a Firearm as a Controlled Substance User, and 5th Degree Possession of Drugs.
