Von Maur At West Acres Mall Grand Opening Planned For April 5

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A new era in retail is about to begin in Fargo with the opening of Von Maur.

The grand opening of the chains West Acres Mall location is set for Saturday, April 5 starting at 9:45 a.m. with a ribbon cutting.

The first customers will be treated to roses and chocolates.

As you shop, a live DJ will be playing music.

They will also have gift card giveaways and fun for the kids until 4 p.m.

Von Maur is an Iowa-based department store which sells a wide selection of clothing, accessories, and home goods.

It is taking over the former Herberger’s location with two stories of retail offerings.

The mall and Von Maur signed the agreement back in 2023.

Herberger’s closed in the mall in 2018.
