Man Arrested After Stabbing Acquaintance And Fleeing In South Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Police arrest a man involved in a stabbing after an over three hour search in Fargo.

They were called to the 3300 block of 42nd Street South Saturday night around 7:45 for a reported assault.

They arrived to find a 26-year-old man with a stab wound.

He was taken to a local hospital with seroius but not life-threatening injuries.

K9 Blue, Red River Valley UAS Team and officers located the supect around 11:30 and he was arrested.

Police say the victim and suspect know each other and it wasn’t a random attack.

Names have not been released.

The incident remains under investigation.
