Third Annual Cruise for a Cure Brings Out Classic Cars

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Hot rods and classic cars, the third annual Cruise for A Cure opened up for many to come out.
The charity car show in the parking lot of Veterans Memorial Arena in West Fargo was put together by the minds of two girls who were in high school.
The idea came from inspiration from their school’s own event, ‘Relay for Life.’
Donations and funds support the American Cancer Society.
Various vendors and food trucks had also come in to share their support.
“You really like feel accomplished after the event. So far we’ve raised almost $2,000 and we’re just getting started. So it really like fills your heart and everyone in our community has someone who has been affected by cancer. So we’re really helping our community out at the same time,” said Jasmine Dill, Event Coordinator for Cruise for a Cure.
