Federal agent charged with production of child porn
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent has been charged by federal complaint with production of child pornography.
Court documents say 51-year-old Timothy Gregg of Eagan, attempted, coerced and enticed a minor to take part in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing child porn.
The father of the minor victim discovered multiple images and videos on the minor’s cell phone.
They depicted the minor and an older individual engaged in sexually explicit activity.
Gregg made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court and was ordered to remain in custody.
