New fair food creations coming to Minnesota State Fair this summer

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. (KVRR/FOX 9) — It’s fair season and the Great Minnesota Get-Together wants to get you excited by showing off its newest food items for 2025.

Look out for Chicken Fried Bacon Fries, Hot Honey Jalapeno Popper Donut and Pizza Cheese Curd Tacos.

How about this next one?

A hamburger patty with cheese, pickles and special sauce, sandwiched between two deep-fried peanut butter & grape jelly Uncrustables.

For something sweet, try the Birthday Cake Cookie Dough on a Stick or Cannoli Gelato Nachos.

When you need to wash it all down, grab a Dill Pickle Iced Tea.

The Minnesota State Fair runs August 21 through Labor Day.
