Happy 53rd, Todd Bouman!

The Minnesota high school sports legend went on to a productive college career and a relatively long stint in the NFL.

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Former NFL quarterback and revered St. Cloud State Husky Todd Bouman is celebrating his 53rd birthday on August 1st.

Bouman has made a lot of football waves in this region. The Ruthton, Minnesota native attended both South Dakota State and St. Cloud State.

NDSU fans may remember St. Cloud’s spanking of the Bison – an infamous 34 to 0 rout that took place back in 1995. Bouman was under center for the Huskies in that contest.

He also had a number of memorable starts for the Minnesota Vikings at the pro level, and now his son, Aidan, is carrying on the quarterbacking tradition at the University of South Dakota.
