Police identify victims in Fargo shootings

Fargo, N.D. (KVRR) — The Fargo Police Department are releasing the names of the two victims in the shootings Saturday night.

19-year-old Azeem Holmes of Fargo was killed in the shooting in the 50 block of Broadway North.

20-year-old Elijah Hughes of Fargo was killed 30 minutes later in the 4700 block of 16th Avenue South.

Fargo Police are seeking the public’s help in locating Tyrque Jones, a 20-year-old Fargo resident with an arrest warrant for the murder of Azeem Holmes.

Anyone with information regarding Jones’ whereabouts or information related to either shooting is encouraged to contact The Fargo Police Department at 701-241-5777.

They will hold a news conference at 2 P.M. KVRR will have updates from the news conference as it happens.
