Ready for a new crepe place in downtown Fargo? Oui, oui!

FERGIES & FRENCHIES

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Roberts Alley in downtown Fargo is getting a fun new food spot: Fergie’s & Frenchie’s Creperie.

It’ll occupy the former space of Yum Tea and Scoop & Dough.

They’ll serve up handcrafted crepes and dirty sodas.

How about a Nutella-strawberry indulgence or savory smoked salmon crepe with sour cream along with a tropical, sweet, or bold drink?

Fergie’s & Frenchie’s Creperie is expected to open later this month.

It is owned by Dane Ferguson who also owns Ferguson Books.

“We wanted to bring something fun, fresh, and just a little bit French to Roberts Alley,” said Ferguson.

“This is a place to slow down, enjoy something unique, and soak in the downtown vibe.”

Hiring is underway and you can apply at the following link:  fergusonbooks.com/employment.
