Public hearing set on Xcel Energy rate increase for North Dakota customers

BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR-KFGO) – The Public Service Commission has scheduled a public hearing later this month on Xcel Energy’s proposed 19% electric rate increase in North Dakota.

The hearing will be held on October 13 with people able to testify in person at noon or 6 p.m. There will be a video connection and commissioners will hear comments given at listening locations in Grand Forks, Minot and Fargo.
