17-year-old arrested in Duluth attempted armed robbery

DULUTH, Minn. (KFGO/KVRR) — Duluth Police say a 17-year-old boy was booked into juvenile detention after an attempted armed robbery Monday.
Officers responded to the call around 8 p.m. According to initial information, a man says he arranged to meet someone he knew to sell an item when the suspect attempted to rob him at gunpoint. The suspect then left in a vehicle.
The Minnesota State Patrol found the vehicle, and the 17-year-old was taken into custody. He was booked into the Arrowhead Juvenile Center on suspicion of aiding and abetting aggravated robbery.
