Noridian Healthcare announced over 140 layoffs across their company

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — About seven percent of Noridian’s employees are now out of a job. As Noridian Healthcare Solutions says, it is aligning with current federal funding levels.

According to a representative at the company, they are letting go 143 employees across the organization, which includes 39 based in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Since 1966, Noridian Healthcare has processed medical claims, provider management, and medical review for nearly 24 million healthcare recipients.

And in the company’s 2024 annual report, they made over $132 million for the year. While just last year, the company secured a $556 million contract for Medicare Administration support.

While the company has not said what the change will look like, some employees have taken to social media to support people out of a job.

The company, based out of Fargo, has over 2,000 employees across the nation.
