K9 Bo 1

POLK CO., Minn. (KVRR) — K9 Bo reporting for duty at Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

The 14-month German Shepherd from Germany was donated by Mark “Mac” McDonough.

K9 Bo’s handler is Deputy Titan Engen and they will be training at the McDonough K-9 School in handler protection, building searches, evidence searches, tracking for suspects and or lost persons, suspect apprehension, and narcotics detection.

The sheriff’s office is still raising donations for the costly training and equipment.
