Water restored in Finley, ND but still waiting for lab results from Bismarck

FINLEY, N.D. (KVRR) — People in Finley, North Dakota are starting to see water running through their pipes again, but they are also seeing some “dirty” water.
In a social media post, the city says the lines are pressurized and the water tower is filling as it is supposed to.
Local testing looked good, but samples are on the way to Department of Environmental Quality in Bismarck for confirmation.
They expect testing results tomorrow or Friday.
People are asked to flush toilets and run water through faucets and spigots.
They advise that you do not use the water to bathe, wash hands or for laundry at this time.
The city is continuing water distribution events until the all clear is given by the state.
