Section of former school collapses in McIntosh, MN

MCINTOSH, Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — A large section of the old McIntosh, Minnesota school has collapsed.

McIntosh is about 20 miles north of Mahnomen.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office says someone reported the collapse around 2:40 Friday afternoon.

No one was hurt.

Crews were on sight this weekend to secure the remaining part of the building.

The sheriff’s office says the area is not safe, and is barricaded to keep people out.
