12th Annual Fargo-Moorhead Caregiver Conference: Navigating the Caregiver Journey
The conference features expert presenters on a variety of caregiving topics. Presentations will include “Advance Directives: Are You Traveling Without a Roadmap?” with Michelle Cooley from Hospice of the Red River Valley and “Navigating Technology – Resources for Caregivers” with Jessica Claeys from Lutheran Social Service of MN iPad Project.
The conference will close with “Self Care for Caregivers – A sample of mindfulness and relaxation techniques” with Summer Hanson and Jessica Hentges from the Fargo VA Medical Center – Mental Health. Area vendors will be onsite during the event.
