Mayor Mahoney wants to make it even easier for start–up businesses to come to Fargo.
By taking the one day pledge, the goal is to have start–up businesses come to Fargo and to get going within just one day, making it easy for small businesses to call Fargo home.
The mayor spent time with some Fargo–Moorhead entrepreneurs to find out what start–ups need to improve and grow.
“It’s a national pledge different cities are making, and we want to make it easy for a small business to start up. Entrepreneurs are typically a group of people who like to do that, so we want to make our city friendly for that idea,” says Mayor Tim Mahony.
People across the country are noticing.
The Mayor says at a conference in California, he had many people asking what was happening in Fargo.
