Give a Chef One Pig and One Week…What Do You Get?

What happens when you give a chef one week and one pig?
You can find out this Sunday, when four local chefs will unveil their tasty creations at The Pig and a Pint event.
Each chef will be paired with a local brewery to create one flavorful meal.
North Dakota State University’s Meat Lab provided the hogs to ensure a semi–formal evening of informal indulgence.
“We got like the flavor profiles from the beer and then it kinda pops into your head what you can do with it from smoky to sweet, fruits. In the fall time it’s a beautiful time to cook with a bunch of different food.”
200 tickets will be offered and they are already close to halfway sold out.
Tickets are $95 and will not be sold at the door.
