West Fest Celebrations Continue
West Fargo residents line Sheyenne Street for the West Fest annual parade.
The 188th Army Band kicked off the parade.
Many families came decked out in bison gear, celebrating more than 20 years of West Fest.
As always there was plenty of candy and willing kids to chase it down.
The parade has become a tradition for many families in the area.
“We’ve been coming here since my daughter was born, she’s 7 1/2. Yeah we love it, to be a part of the community is really nice. We live close by here, so nice to just watch everyone,” says Talia of West Fargo.
Today is the last day for West Fest.
Rounding out the celebration is tonight’s firefighters ball.
