Toilet paper and clowns are two things you don’t see together every day, but at the Red River Valley Fair, it was these things that had audiences captivated.
Only at the fair, could kids be crazy about toilet paper.
Kids and parents gathered at the entertainment zone for a toilet paper canon contest, grabbing the all the T-P they could get.
Crowds also swarmed around the Zoppe Circus show.
“We are very much about antique style circus origins of where we came from, because if we don’t respect where we come from we can’t respect where we’re going I don’t think.”
The Zoppe Circus is family owned and based out of Venice Italy performing shows all around the states.
It features a talented list of performers including a group of dogs who fly, hop, and even dance.
High flying acrobatics, gymnasts and engaging characters all following a fun story line.
“Out of all the events at the Red River Valley Fair, The Zoppe Circus Show took center stage.”
And audiences say they were not disappointed.
“We saw it on the agenda. We decided to see what it was all about, and it was really good and a lot of fun,” says Teresa Held.
Her daughters could barely hold their excitement as they told us their favorite part of the show.
“She’s goes on this little hang glider thing, and spins around everywhere and I liked the dogs,” says Mya Held.
“When the little girl she went on a hula hoop, and she did tricks,” says Makenna Held.
The Zoope Circus is getting ready for their second performance of the day, and continues through Sunday.
