SafeTALK, Suicide Prevention
People in the community step up to prevent suicide.
Rasmussen College is Fargo hosts SafeTALK.
It’s an alertness workshop that prepares anyone older than 15 years old to become a suicide-alert helper.
In the workshop, people find out how to better identify signs of those at risk.
They also learn a 4-step talk process with someone contemplating suicide.
Each person received a certificate after completing the session.
