Fergus Falls woman identified in fatal Highway 210 crash

BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. (KVRR) — Authorities identify the woman killed in a head-on crash near Breckenridge. Minnesota State Patrol says 83-year-old Gisela Tervola, of Fergus Falls, died in the crash.
