MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) – The Clay County Commission on Tuesday passed an ordinance that bans the sale of flavored tobacco. The ordinance allows for the continued sale of menthol cigarettes, flavored chewing tobacco and nicotine pouches. Over 500 Families Receive Toys For Christmas

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — This Christmas, over 500 local families will be able to give toys to their kids thanks to the support of their community.
