Two Fargo riot arrests made, Police need help identifying suspects
FARGO, N.D. – The Metro Street Crimes Unit makes two more arrests related to Saturday’s riot in Fargo. 21-year-old Abdimanan Habib, of Fargo was arrested for Arming Rioters.
