ND State Senator Kelly Armstrong to Run for U.S. House of Representatives
DICKINSON, N.D. — North Dakota Republican State Senator Kelly Armstrong is running for U.S. Congress. He will officially launch his campaign tomorrow with a rally in his hometown of Dickinson.
