Oklahoma woman accused of impersonating Alexandria business to try and steal $1.7 million from Wahpeton
WAHPETON, N.D. (KVRR) — A Tulsa, Oklahoma woman is accused of trying to steal $1.7 million from the City of Wahpeton through an electronic transfer. Court documents show Kim Elliot posed as Nancy Knight with Central Specialties of Alexandria.
